Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund for partial months

Enterprise Subscriptions

Enterprise subscriptions are subject to individual contract terms. Please contact your account manager for refund inquiries related to enterprise agreements.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Previously refunded accounts
