By accessing or using FinSense ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FinSense provides AI-powered financial document analysis services including document reading, data extraction, financial ratio calculation, comparison, and summarization. The Service is provided by YARNA AB.

Important: FinSense provides analytical tools and should not be considered financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for such advice.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share your account with others or allow others to access your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload documents containing illegal content or obtained illegally
  • Upload documents you do not have authorization to analyze
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Exceed your subscription's usage limits
  • Use the Service to commit fraud or financial crimes

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the financial documents you upload. FinSense and its technology, including AI models and algorithms, are the property of YARNA AB. The Service is licensed, not sold, to you.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

While FinSense strives for high accuracy in financial document analysis, AI-generated results should be verified by qualified professionals before making financial decisions. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and are not liable for decisions made based on our analysis.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refunds Policy
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from financial decisions made based on our analysis.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
